About the department

The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to the European region, and create comprehensive plans that resonate with the European target audience. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

Design user-friendly website interfaces, ensuring a seamless end-to-end premium user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams across different regions.
Ensure design consistency by maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components in Figma.
Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices.
Incorporate data and analytics insights to continuously improve UX and conversion performance.

Your profile

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for websites (portfolio required).
Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies.
Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints.
Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design.
Experience in agile environments.
