Mission 44 is a global charitable foundation founded by Lewis Hamilton, inspired by his own experiences navigating an education system that did not always support him and by his determination to create a fairer, more inclusive future for young people. Named after Lewis’s racing car number, Mission 44 is driven by the belief that every young person, including Black and bicultural youth, should have the opportunity to thrive in school and access rewarding careers in STEM and motorsport.
