Toyota Automated Logistics designs and delivers advanced automation solutions that enable efficient, resilient, and sustainable supply chains. To accelerate our growth across EMEA and APAC, we are strengthening our vertical-led commercial strategy in two key markets: Fashion & Apparel and Third‑Party Logistics (3PL).

At a glance

As Head of Commercial 3‑PL & Fashion & Apparel, you are the strategic owner and commercial sponsor for both verticals across EMEA and APAC. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you define the multi‑year go‑to‑market strategy, lead international sales teams, and build senior customer partnerships that deliver profitable, scalable growth.

You ensure a consistent, customer‑centric commercial approach, while translating complex operational needs into winning automation strategies for fashion-led and contract‑logistics environments.

Your Impact:

Strategy & Growth

Define and execute the multi‑year commercial strategy for the 3‑PL and Fashion & Apparel verticals across EMEA/APAC, fully aligned with TAL’s growth objectives.
Drive order intake, revenue growth, and profitability through a consistent, scalable go‑to‑market model and active commercial performance management.

Customer & Market Leadership

Build and maintain C‑level relationships with leading Fashion & Apparel brands, retailers, and global and regional 3PL providers.
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts, securing high‑value, multi‑country opportunities and long‑term strategic partnerships.

Solutions & Innovation

Translate vertical‑specific customer needs into winning automation strategies in close collaboration with Solutions Management and Sales Engineering.
Champion scalable technologies such as automated sortation, goods‑to‑person, modular systems, omnichannel fulfillment, and peak‑handling solutions.

Commercial Execution

Ensure a lean, customer‑centric sales approach across regions, enabling best‑practice sharing and cross‑regional collaboration.
Align pricing, customer economics, and solution design to optimize cost‑to‑serve and time‑to‑value for customers.

Leadership & Transformation

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing international commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Drive commercial transformation, standardization, and compliance with TAL policies, ethical standards, and sustainability objectives.

What makes you a great fit?

Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or comparable field
15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in logistics automation, intralogistics, or related B2B industries
Strong exposure to Fashion & Apparel and/or 3PL environments
Proven track record in:
- Developing and executing regional or global commercial strategies
- Managing complex, multi‑country customer relationships
- Driving sustainable revenue and margin growth
Deep understanding of pricing, customer economics, and vertical‑specific operating models
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills in a matrixed organization
Fluent in English; willing to travel internationally

What you can look forward to?

This position offers a competitive salary range of €8500 – €9500 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance), with growth opportunities beyond the scale based on performance. In addition:

40 vacation days (20 statutory + flexible budget worth 20 days)
