About the role
Monks is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to support the growth of one of our technology clients in Germany. This role is part of the international Growth Marketing team and will focus on reaching and acquiring new customers at scale through best-in-class marketing programs.
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-oriented marketing professional to support new customer acquisition with a focus on localized content and campaigns. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead in EMEAL to ensure high-quality localization of global programs and work with regional partners to build a library of local content for tailored international campaigns across multiple channels.

- Developing creative, market-leading insights and best practices to guide campaign and creative development.
About you
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in an agency or in-house/corporate environment.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Experience in German B2B or technology marketing.
- Passion for SaaS solutions, software, technology or B2B internet products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Experience with demand generation programs and pipeline management in collaboration with sales development and sales.
- Proven ability to collaborate strongly, build deep relationships with colleagues, and influence functional teams to achieve goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment – successfully setting priorities, balancing multiple projects simultaneously, and managing complex workflows while consistently delivering results.
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation and paid media marketing.
- Practical, team-oriented attitude with a strong ability and interest in both thinking strategically and delving into the details of implementation.
- Successful performance and achievement of results in a global, matrix-based organization. The candidate must be able to influence local and global stakeholders.
