As a Senior Support Officer HR People Services, you'll be the go-to person for complex HR questions and a trusted partner for colleagues across the organization. This is a dynamic role where you'll combine hands-on execution with process improvement. Your role is broad and impactful:
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, offering clear and practical solutions.
- Support HR Business Partners with complex cases and act as a sparring partner for strategic HR topics.
- Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations, with a strong focus on automation in AFAS, our HR system.
Manage key HR processes such as onboarding, contract management, employment conditions, and leave administration. - Contribute to exciting HR projects, including system implementations, audits, and data-driven initiatives.
- Coach and collaborate with colleagues, sharing your expertise and support less experienced team members.
- Work closely with our Belgian business unit, tackling complex HR issues and helping implement smart solutions.
RequirementsYou're accurate, quality-driven, and proactive - someone who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a forward-thinking mindset, you ensure HR processes stay efficient and compliant. Here's what makes you the perfect fit:
- Experience: You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR People Services.
- Expertise: You have solid knowledge of HR processes and the latest laws and regulations.
- Extra edge: Familiarity with Belgian HR processes is a bonus (but not a must!).
- Team spirit: You work independently but thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Language skills: You're fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
