As a Business Analyst in our Banker Tooling cluster, you are the essential bridge between business needs and IT solutions. Together with your scrum team, you empower our commercial colleagues to serve Private Clients in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your role influences complex, high-impact processes that drive innovation across the organization.
Your role
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams
- Gather, analyze, and translate commercial and operational needs into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories
- Prepare detailed requirement documents and technical specifications
- Conduct research, interviews, and stakeholder workshops
- Draft solution designs and oversee their implementation alongside the team
- Support the Product Owner in refining user stories to make sure they meet business needs and in validating the final product
- Proactively contribute to key projects within the Private Clients Netherlands & Belgium domain
Requirements

You also bring:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial sector or a similarly complex environment
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage
- Strong research and requirements analysis skills
- Affinity with technology
