Main DescriptionAs part of the Talent Attraction team, you play a crucial role in the execution of our employer branding strategy, which currently includes a presence on social media, launching our new career website, an internal branding project, and a podcast series. During this internship, you will support our Employer Branding team with the daily activities related to this topic.
You will put your talents to use as an Employer Branding Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will participate in brainstorming sessions for social media content, schedule recording days, and maintain contact with colleagues who are featured in our content. You will also assist in optimizing our "Working at" social media accounts, such as TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn, and help maintain our career website.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, planning, creating, and reviewing content for our social media platforms and career website.
- Updating and publishing content on our career website and ensuring that our backlog of improvements is carried out.
- Supporting the execution of the internal branding project.
- Introducing new ideas and approaches that resonate with our various target audiences. Coordinating projects related to employer branding and ensuring their successful completion.
- Regularly monitoring social media platforms to identify and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensuring all relevant parties-such as the Employer Branding Specialist, HR Talent Attraction Team, and Communication Teams-are well-informed about the content strategy, the content itself, and facilitating their feedback and review.

And everything falls into place as long as you are able to communicate effectively with the internal and external stakeholders needed for the success of your tasks. Additionally:
- You are a student or recent graduate in fields such as communications or marketing.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- You are organized and persuasive.
- You are knowledgeable about creating social media content and stay up to date with current trends.
- You are proficient with Canva.
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week for a period of 6 months.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

The Talent Attraction team consists of 9 employees: 5 Recruiters, 2 colleagues within the Campus Recruitment team and an Employer Branding Specialist. It is an international team that is part of a larger HR department. We do our work in an environment where we can easily approach all managers and the managers can also approach us.
