🤔 About the Role
We’re hiring a People Operations Associate to support the full People lifecycle at Suvera.
This role sits at the intersection of People Operations and Care Operations team ensuring our Care Team is set up for success, supported, and working efficiently as a priority but also supporting the rest of the Company where needed. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, workforce planning, people systems, training logistics, documentation, people processes, and culture-building for our clinical workforce as that team scales.
You’ll work day-to-day in People Operations, but your work will mainly focus on People aspects of Care Operations as well as general People Ops, your line manager will be the People Lead, ensuring this role is firmly people-focused.

💻 What You’ll Be Working On
On your best days, you’ll create a seamless experience for our Suverians, from onboarding to performance support, helping everyone feel empowered, informed, and set up to deliver safe world-class care.
On your toughest days, you may be juggling onboarding cycles, documentation updates, and shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders. But you will directly see the impact of your work on people and patient care.
People Experience & Care Team Enablement
Own the Care Team onboarding journey end-to-end (offers, documentation, training schedules, system access, buddying, onboarding surveys).
Maintain and update onboarding plans, competency checklists, feedback and role-specific learning pathways.
Coordinate with Clinical Leads to ensure new starters have all equipment, accounts, and resources needed.
Support employee lifecycle processes such as probation, compliance checks, leave tracking, and contract updates.
Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day Care Team People Ops queries.
Training, Development & Knowledge Management
Organise and schedule training sessions, shadowing, CPD sessions, and refresher programmes.
Maintain and improve our documentation library: SOPs, knowledge base, training decks, and how-to guides.
Collect feedback from the Care Team to drive continuous improvements in training content and delivery.
Work with Clinical Leads to ensure consistency and accuracy across clinical processes and workflows.
Workforce Planning & Operational Support
You won’t manage care delivery, but you will support the people-side of how the Care Team is deployed.
Support workforce planning and shift allocation to ensure safe and effective coverage.
Monitor staffing levels, workload peaks/troughs, and flag risks or bottlenecks.
Ensure clinicians have access to GP practice systems, internal tooling, and relevant documentation where needed.
Partner with Care Operations on process improvements that improve team efficiency and clinician experience.
Culture & Engagement
Support initiatives that build belonging, engagement, and wellbeing.
Assist with eNPS cycles, engagement surveys, and action planning.
Help organise team events, appreciation moments, and cross-team connection rituals.

Nice-to-haves
Experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or onboarding
Prior experience in healthcare, digital health, or operations
Familiarity with MacOS, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion
Experience with scheduling tools or workforce management systems
Understanding of compliance processes within healthcare (DBS, right to work, etc.)
