Additionally partners with MSC Managers, & Store Leadership Teams to optimize end-to-end product flow. Aligns with Full Price Allocation counterparts to share learnings & create synergy. Leads across the broader Nike Value community, influencing beyond direct reporting lines & representing Allocation in senior-level forums. This role reports into the NVS Allocation Director, managing a team of 3-5 people.

- Solid experience in Retail Allocation, Store Management, Retail Operations, or related in-season business management.
