Core Responsibilities
Lead the creation of a value driven and data-oriented product
vision and roadmap and communicate it effectively to your internal partners.
Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven design
Work closely with internal users to translate business objectives and user feedback into insights and requirements that deliver value.
Drive the day-to-day execution of the long-term product strategy. Plan product development through the management of a product backlog of refined user-stories.
Develop and maintain a suite of product-specific metrics to demonstrate and measure the value delivered by the product.
Manage relationships with internal partners and engineers including escalation management.
Build strong relationships with vendor partners and industry contacts. Keep up to date with industry trends and vendor product roadmaps.

Workplace Experience support all offices globally (55 sites) everything from workplace location strategy to execution and operations. We are working across all ELT areas of the LEGO Group. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for that product or product area. The Digital Product Manager is the person responsible for defining the ‘why’, ‘what’ and facilitating the prioritization process of the product that the engineering team will build. They work with a cross-functional team from a digital product's conception through to its launch, and ultimately until its end of life. This role will bridge Workplace Experience requirements and digital prioritization and execution.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings experience in product management from a corporate technology product area combined with experience working with digital solutions in a workplace context such as facility management systems. In addition, we expect that you bring:
Experience crafting product vision and roadmaps and articulating the value of initiatives with strong metrics.
Capability to analyse data and metrics to measure product success and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and executives.
A strong focus on user experience, stakeholder management and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Digital Workplace Solution products meet the practical needs of all colleagues and adds value to the organisation.
Familiarity with agile product management techniques and JIRA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details and value propositions to non-technical audiences.
