You'll collaborate closely with wholesale partners and internal teams to increase brand and product awareness, align with business objectives, and develop strategic marketing roadmaps that drive success in the French market.
Your Impact:- Develop seasonal trade Go-To-Market plans and tools in partnership with Territory Marketing Manager and Commercial Team
- Align and coordinate marketing campaigns with key retail wholesale partners
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including tracking trade marketing spend, preparing executional plans, monthly reports, showroom materials, agendas, and presentations
- Host regular reviews with Sales and Field Support Teams to assess initiatives and results
- Ensure all trade activations have agreed KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Build strong relationships with wholesale partners and commercial teams
- Prepare and coordinate trade buying days and tradeshows
- Deliver seasonal marketing tools to support commercial teams and wholesale partners
- Collaborate with EMEA Marketing teams to tailor toolkits for the French market
- Manage the Paris showroom and present seasonal products and campaigns
- Oversee trade advertising and advertorial programs
- Host retailer teams at relevant seasonal events
- Communicate trade marketing successes internally and externally via newsletters and reports
- Deliver innovative, bespoke trade campaigns in line with commercial objectives
- Use consumer insights and buyer discussions to define and deliver initiatives that increase brand awareness and positive brand opinion
- Report on campaign successes with clear ROI measures

We would Love to Hear from People with:- Previous managerial experience desirable
- Experience within consumer goods industry required; retail sports/outdoor/equipment industry experience preferred
- Strong negotiating, presentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
- French native speaker and fluent in English
