We are looking for a top quantitative researcher to join our Monetization Consumer Insights team within Spotify’s Business Strategy & Insights organization. Our team focuses on pricing and packaging research to support the development and optimization of Spotify’s subscription offerings. Through rigorous research, we ensure that key monetization decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze consumer research that informs important decisions around how we price, package, and evolve Spotify Premium across the globe.

What You'll Do- Drive end-to-end consumer research projects from problem framing and study build to analysis, insight generation, and presentation of results to collaborators.
- Apply consumer research across key monetization problem areas, including pricing, packaging, and new value propositions.
- Partner with business and research teams in helping to amplify the voice of the consumer in important strategic decisions.
- Design high-quality questionnaires, analyze data, and clearly. communicate insights and recommendations in a way that drives action.
- Collaborate across the team to continuously strengthen research approaches, storytelling, and methodological quality across projects.
Who You Are- You have 3+ years of experience working with consumer research, primarily quantitative, in a consulting, research agency, or in-house research role.
- You are a strong quantitative researcher, comfortable owning the full research process end-to-end, from questionnaire design to analysis and delivery of results. Experience in pricing and packaging research is a plus.
- You are analytically strong and experienced in working with statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, SQL, Python) to analyze data and generate insights.
- You have solid project management skills and the ability to lead research projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proactive and self-driven, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality insights.
- You are an engaging communicator and storyteller, comfortable translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders in a highly collaborative, international setting.
Where You'll Be- This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
