About the role:
The EB Program Optimization Associate will work closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of processes in the field and to help work on any technical issues both on the hardware and software side of the field activities. They will also ensure a proper management of the logistics surrounding the Easy Buy business in the Country. This person will be travelling to the field (~40% of the time).
What you would be expected to do:
- Coordinate Implementations: Oversee Easy Buy-related implementations in your designated country and possibly across other regions.
- Team Development: Manage and develop in-country Program Optimization associates, fostering their professional growth.
- Specialization management: Steer the development of team specializations in areas such as Automation, Data & Reporting, Products & Services, and Commercial Relations.
- Goal Achievement: Drive the team towards meeting it's goals and performance targets.
- Project Management: Manage specific projects and pilot programs, ensuring effective implementation with clear plans, documentation, and timelines.
- CRM Configuration: Ensure proper configuration of CRM systems and tools of trade in your country.
- Expansion assistance: Facilitate expansion efforts by setting up and project-managing sales initiatives in new areas.
- Cross-Unit team work: Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects and pilots.
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role; background in Program or Project Management required.
- Possess professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Associate in Project Management are an added advantage.
- Have strong communication skills, fluent in English, French, and Malagasy, with the ability to engage stakeholders of diverse working styles and priorities.
- Demonstrate time management and multitasking abilities, ensuring timely feedback, workload balance, and error-free execution.
- Have proven problem-solving skills with a strategic, innovative, and action-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, recognizing the difference between acceptable and exceptional work.
- Have strong issue-tracking, resolution, and task prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-impact items first.
