About the role
We're looking for a Senior/Staff AI Product Manager to join the AI Core squad and help shape the future of AI at Back Market.
You’ll own the AI Product vision and roadmap, working closely with other tribes (Customer Journey, Finance, Care,...) and balancing two critical responsibilities: building innovative AI features and accelerating AI adoption company-wide.
You will also be the Product Manager responsible for the Customer fraud stream, a cross-functional initiative that involves both AI and Identity/Security squads.
You'll be at the heart of innovative, cross-functional projects with significant autonomy and high visibility.
What you’ll do
AI Product Development
Conduct discovery and collaborate with our customers and with refurbishers to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for innovation
Drive the development and launch of high-impact AI features (e.g., AI Shopping Assistant, Customer Fraud Detection, advanced predictions, new AI use cases)
Collaborate closely with a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning engineers to align on priorities and deliver features
Incubate exploratory AI projects and advanced R&D initiatives with high potential value
Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with engineering, data and business partners
AI Enablement & Adoption
Lead company-wide AI adoption initiatives, to accelerate AI integration across teams
Provide expert consulting to product teams, helping them identify AI opportunities and build solutions autonomously
Grow and nurture the AI community at Back Market through training, knowledge sharing, and collaboration
Manage and drive adoption of AI productivity platforms like Dust
Profile we’re looking for
Experience
4+ years of product management experience with a focus on data science
Demonstrated success launching high-impact features
Strong expertise as a AI/Data Science product manager: you've led teams of data scientists and ML engineers, and are proficient in SQL and Tableau
Fluent English speaker
