We're looking for a hands-on, detail-loving
Production Assistant to join our Superstore in Amsterdam! Your mission? Keep things running smoothly at the
matching station, reduce disruptions, and help deliver top-notch chocolate bars that make people smile.
You'll join the
Unlimiteds team, reporting to the Unlimiteds Captain, and work in a space where tidiness, hygiene, and teamwork are key.
Ready to raise the bar with us? Here's what you'll do:• Wrap with care: Ensure each chocolate bar is neatly wrapped and matched correctly-no mix-ups!
• Keep the quality high: You're responsible for making sure each bar looks as good as it tastes. If it wouldn't make a fan smile, it's not ready to go.
• Stay tidy: Help keep the workspace clean, organized, and clutter-free. A tidy place means a safer and more productive shift.
• Support the operator: Refill inclusions, assist with reprinting wrapping paper, and step in wherever needed to keep things flowing.
- Are a true team player who enjoys working with others and making people smile.
- You are proactive and act without needing to be asked.
- You've got an eye for detail.
- Communicate fluently in English (Dutch is a bonus, but not a must).
- Are aligned with Tony's core values: outspoken, in it together, makes you smile, entrepreneurial and raise the bar.
- Believe in our mission to end exploitation in cocoa and want to play your part.
- Live in or near Amsterdam and hold a valid work permit.
- Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Don't mind standing or moving around-this role requires some physical effort.
- You are able to work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the option to take on an additional third day
Hard facts- You are keen to join us with a 0-hour contract.
- This job requires some physical effort and most of the work will be done standing, so some level of physical fitness is necessary.
- Working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 or from 11:00 to 19:00.
- Hourly rate 14,71 EUR/hour
