Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Performance and Talent partner for the Servicing Operations function. In this role, you will collaborate with People Partners to optimize talent management initiatives and drive high performance. You will advance our mission by cultivating high-performing teams through role clarity, ongoing feedback, development, and growth. You will manage multiple large-scale performance projects - including our performance cycles—and work closely with the wider People team to embed performance and talent deeply in our ways of working.
Your mission (Responsibilities):
Act as a strategic talent partner for the servicing operation functions to drive high performance.
Lead the Skills Management project for servicing teams from design to delivery connecting the dots with other talent initiatives.
Lead the annual performance review process (GrowWise) for the team and explore best practices to optimize the process.
Partner with the People Team for a holistic approach to the employee lifecycle.
Use data to identify emerging trends in performance and talent management critical to team success.
Oversee the delivery and evaluation of learning solutions for all performance and talent initiatives.
Co-design frameworks to develop the capabilities of leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
Manage and optimize performance and talent management tools in Workday, to ensure seamless user experiences.
Proactively explore and implement AI-driven enhancements within the performance and talent landscape to boost user experience and streamline workflows.
Mentor and coach the talent team and offer guidance on cross-functional projects.
About You
You are a passionate and strategic professional with experience within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation. You have successfully driven global initiatives and collaborated with senior stakeholders to achieve complex objectives. Your strengths include strategic thinking, effective communication, and a consultative, data-driven approach to problem-solving. You are an advanced user of tools .e.g. Workday, AI to drive results and possess strong project and change management skills.

Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of people and organisational development experience within a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent management, team dynamics, and organisational development; experience as a HR generalist, Leadership Development is highly valued.
Stakeholder Management: Confidence in managing, influencing, and engaging a variety of stakeholders, from 1-to-1 interactions to large-scale audiences.
Project & Change Excellence: Proven experience in scoping and implementing mid-to-large scale projects, often using an MVP or product development approach.
International Scope: Experienced in working within virtual international environments with hybrid teams.
