What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment and work through ambiguity
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ONYour work will follow Nike's monthly financial calendar, balancing structured close and forecast activities with ad hoc analysis and business partnership. You'll play a key role in translating financial performance into clear insights that help the business move forward.
You will
- Support month‑end close activities, including analysis and validation of actual results
- Analyze financial results and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance
- Support financial planning and forecasting cycles by preparing templates and submissions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for business updates
- Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year
- Partner with Business Offense and Real Estate teams on fleet reviews and door‑level analysis
- Help optimize finance processes through automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
