Your responsibilities:
You will be an active member of our Marketing team, contributing to meaningful projects while collaborating closely with designers and supporting them with design work. In this role:
You contribute to ongoing marketing projects, including website redesigns, print materials, and digital campaigns.
Your day in the office:
Every day is unique, and you will face new challenges every day. However, this is how a day at our office could look like:
09:00 You grab a fresh coffee, settle in, and start your workday. A quick look at your tasks helps you decide which design projects need attention first.
09:30 You join the weekly scrum on Monday. Together with your team, you align tasks for the week, discuss priorities, and make sure everyone is set up for smooth collaboration.
10:00 You dive deeper into your current projects. You prepare layouts, update existing materials, and polish assets so they’re ready for campaigns or internal use. This early focus time helps you build momentum for the rest of the day.
10:30 Event preparations take over. Booth visuals, banners, and other creative assets are refined to ensure everything looks sharp and consistent for upcoming events.
11:30 You respond to colleagues who need new visuals or small design adjustments for the LinkedIn Ads. Their ideas are reviewed, clarified, and translated into clear, usable graphics that support their goals.
12:00 Enjoy a lovely buffet lunch and try to master some of the 25+ languages spoken by your colleagues. A quick after-lunch walk outside gives you new energy for the rest of the day.
13:00 A brainstorming session sparks the afternoon. Ideas are shared, sketches are made, and the visual direction for upcoming campaigns or internal events starts to take shape.
14:00 You work closely with teammates to ensure your visuals support the message they want to communicate. Feedback is exchanged, assets are refined, and everything is aligned with the broader design system.
15:00 Ongoing design work gets another round of attention. Files are organized, versions updated, and final touches added to keep everything consistent and ready for handoff.
16:00 The day winds down with updates from colleagues across departments. You align priorities, share progress, and make sure no design request slips through the cracks.
17:00 You continue working on your remaining tasks, wrapping up design requests and preparing everything for the next day.
17:30 Before you head home, you join your colleagues for an energizing gym session. We believe that the best teams work hard and have fun doing it. Another productive day done, see you tomorrow!
