As an Account Solution Engineer, you will be a key player in the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and guiding them through their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to translate business objectives into compelling, tailored solutions — delivering thought leadership and inspiring confidence at every stage of the customer experience. Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end technical sales cycle through close collaboration with sales, product, and professional services teams
Understand customer needs and develop innovative, customized demos and solution concepts for key decision-makers that clearly demonstrate business value
Convey a deep understanding of the client's industry and position Salesforce products as the best solution for their unique challenges
Participate in product training and certifications to maintain the knowledge needed to succeed in this role
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization
Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering measurable success for customers
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications
Understanding of business requirements across multiple industries and familiarity with industry-specific solutions
Experience evaluating and adapting to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

Piloter le cycle de vente technique de bout en bout en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, produit et services professionnels
Comprendre les besoins des clients et développer des démonstrations personnalisées et des concepts de solutions innovants pour les décideurs clés, en démontrant clairement la valeur business
Démontrer une compréhension approfondie du secteur d'activité du client et positionner les produits Salesforce comme la meilleure réponse à ses défis uniques
Participer aux formations et certifications produits afin de maintenir les connaissances nécessaires pour exceller dans ce rôle
Qualifications requises :
Expérience avérée en ingénierie de solutions, conseil, livraison ou formation au sein d'une organisation de logiciels d'entreprise
Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies de transformation digitale et dans la génération de résultats mesurables pour les clients
Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de présenter des idées complexes de manière claire à des audiences dirigeantes
Maîtrise courante de l'anglais et du français
Qualifications souhaitées :
Connaissance des produits Salesforce et certifications associées
Compréhension des exigences métiers dans plusieurs secteurs et connaissance des solutions spécifiques à chaque industrie
Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements dynamiques et en constante évolution
L'expérience sera évaluée en fonction de l'alignement avec les compétences clés du rôle (ex : rôles de leadership extra-scolaires, expérience militaire, bénévolat, etc.).
