Your Role
As a Junior Designer at Accenture Song, you'll be doing the kind of design work that makes ideas feel real. That means taking a strategic direction and turning it into something that looks sharp, communicates clearly, and moves people — whether that's a deck that wins over a room, a prototype that sparks a conversation, or a brand identity built from scratch. This is a multidisciplinary role. One week you might creating a new brand identity; the next, designing the UI for a product concept or crafting the visual narrative for a client presentation. You'll need to be as comfortable with strategic thinking as you are with craft, and as happy making things beautiful as making them clear. You'll be coached by senior designers and embedded in teams with strategists, product managers, and developers. You won't be expected to know everything — but you will be expected to be curious, engaged, proactive and always pushing the work forward.

The Work
This is a rare opportunity to work across different design mediums – from brand and UI to decks and prototypes — and genuinely sharpen your skills in each. You'll be closely mentored by senior designers who are invested in your growth.
● Visual storytelling: using design to clarify complex ideas and give every deliverable a clear, compelling narrative
● Bringing ideas to life: translating strategic thinking into polished design across a wide range of outputs
● Deck design: crafting presentations that communicate clearly and look exceptional with strong layout, clear hierarchy, and visual flow
● Brand creation: building new brands, burner brands, and brand refreshes from concept through to execution
● Prototyping and UI: creating prototypes that stress-test concepts, spark conversations, and make ideas feel real
What we’re looking for
● A designer who thinks strategically, not just visually, and who understands that design is about much more than how things look
● The ability to articulate design thinking clearly, whether you're presenting to a client or walking your team through your rationale
● Strong craft and an eye for detail, with the ability to work across a wide range of outputs
● A natural curiosity about different areas of design (from UI to branding) and a drive to keep developing across all of them
● The ability to turn complexity into clarity, making big ideas feel compelling and effortless
● A portfolio that shows range and thinking: we want to see how your design translates across branding, decks, digital, and prototypes
● Sharp layout skills and a solid grounding in design principles
● A proactive attitude and the drive to take ownership
● Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable picking up new tools as the work demands
● Motion design (After Effects) experience is a bonus
