We’re redefining how the construction industry uses data, insights, and technology to make smarter decisions. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving demand, building our brand, and connecting our solutions with the customers who need them most.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own and deliver multi-channel campaigns across Switzerland, working across a diverse product portfolio. Olmero is Switzerland’s leading tender platform for the construction industry, while SMART is an innovative solution deployed across Hubexo.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities, including:
- Managing and delivering various marketing projects across channels
- Owning website performance and landing pages, driving conversion optimisation
- Executing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Managing CRM and marketing automation workflows
- Creating and promoting content marketing assets (e.g. white papers)
- Supporting events, including webinars and trade shows
- Running organic social media activity
- Managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Executing paid social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn Ads)
- Developing sales enablement materials and collateral
- Owning analytics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Conducting market research where needed
Your toolbox
You’ll work across a modern marketing tech stack, including:
- Project management tools (Trello and Jira)
- CRM platforms (currently Dynamics 365, transitioning to HubSpot)
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Elementor)
- Content creation tools (Canva, potentially Adobe suite)
- Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Tracking and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mouseflow, etc.)
- We would also require a strong understanding of both German and English languages for this role
