Nous recherchons un(e) Channel Marketing Specialist & Online Coordinator (H/F) pour piloter l'approche marketing omnicanale auprès de comptes clés et soutenir le développement des ventes des produits Sony Consumer Electronics*, aussi bien en ligne qu'en magasin, sur le marché français.
*Comprend les téléviseurs, les smartphones, les appareils photo, les produits audio. Ne compends pas Sony PlayStation, Sony Pictures et Sony Music. Sony UK | Latest Technology News | Electronics | Entertainment
Véritable partenaire des équipes commerciales, marketing et européennes, vous avez pour objectif de développer les ventes, renforcer la visibilité de la marque Sony et optimiser l'expérience consommateur sur l'ensemble du parcours d'achat.
Vous pilotez des plans d'activation à 360°, coordonnez les lancements produits en ligne et assurez une présence optimale de Sony, aussi bien sur les sites e-commerce qu'en magasin.
Vos principales responsabilités:

Développer la visibilité et la performance de Sony
- Garantir une présence optimale des produits Sony sur les sites e-commerce et en magasin.
- Déployer des contenus riches et premium (visuels, vidéos, fiches produits optimisées, SEO, argumentaires consommateurs...).
- Maximiser la part de voix de Sony sur les plateformes partenaires.
- Optimiser les parcours clients afin de favoriser les ventes additionnelles et le panier moyen.
- Veiller à la qualité d'exécution en magasin lors de visites régulières.
Piloter les activations marketing 360°
- Construire, mettre en œuvre et optimiser les plans d'activation online et offline.
- Définir les dispositifs médias permettant de générer trafic, visibilité et conversion.
- Suivre les performances des campagnes et recommander les optimisations nécessaires.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, Marcom et les Key Account Managers.
Gérer les budgets et les indicateurs de performance
- Piloter un budget annuel supérieur à 1 M€.
- Assurer le suivi des investissements marketing et des accords de coopération.
- Garantir la fiabilité des prévisions financières et des KPI.
- Mesurer le retour sur investissement des actions mises en place.
Coordonner les lancements et les projets européens
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes européennes pour votre périmètre.
- Coordonner les lancements produits et sécuriser la disponibilité des contenus dans les délais.
- Partager les plannings d'activation auprès des différentes équipes.
- Accompagner le Channel Marketing Head sur les projets européens.
Assurer une veille permanente
- Réaliser une veille concurrentielle active.
- Identifier les opportunités de développement lors des visites en centrales et points de vente.
- Être force de proposition pour améliorer la performance commerciale.
Votre profil
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'une formation équivalente (École de commerce, Université ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation en commerce, marketing ou trade marketing.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Marketing Commercial ou E-commerce, idéalement acquise dans un environnement international.
Vous disposez également des compétences suivantes :
Excellentes capacités d'analyse et forte orientation résultats.
Bonne compréhension des environnements e-commerce et de la distribution.
Solide sens commercial.
Expérience de la gestion de budgets marketing importants.
Maîtrise courante de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et PowerPoint.
Une expérience dans le secteur de l'électronique grand public ou des technologies constituerait un atout majeur.
Le poste implique des déplacements réguliers (environ 25 % du temps) auprès des sièges des clients et des points de vente.

At Sony, innovation fuels everything we do. We seek a Channel Marketing Specialist & Online Coordinator (M/F) to lead the omnichannel marketing approach for key accounts and support the growth of Sony Consumer Electronics* sales both online and in physical stores throughout the French market.
Sony Consumer Electronics includes TVs, smartphones, cameras and audio products. It does not include PlayStation, Sony Pictures or Sony Music.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sony's Visibility and Commercial Performance
- Ensure efficient visibility of Sony products across e-commerce platforms and physical outlets.
- Develop and implement rich and premium product content, including images, videos, SEO-optimised product pages and compelling consumer messaging.
- Maximise Sony's share of voice across partner platforms.
- Optimise the customer journey to increase cross-selling opportunities and average basket value.
- Monitor in-store execution through regular store visits to ensure excellence at the point of sale.
Lead 360° Marketing Activations
- Develop, implement and optimise integrated online and offline activation plans.
- Define media strategies to drive traffic, visibility and conversion across customer websites.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, MarCom and Key Account Managers to deliver impactful campaigns.
Manage Budgets and Performance
- Manage an annual marketing budget exceeding €1 million.
- Monitor marketing investments and co-operative marketing agreements.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial forecasts and KPI reporting.
- Measure campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Coordinate Product Launches and European Projects
- Act as the primary point of contact with European teams for your dedicated accounts.
- Coordinate online product launches and ensure all product content is delivered on time.
- Share activation calendars across internal partners.
- Support the Channel Marketing Head on European initiatives and cross-market projects.
Monitor Market Trends and Identify Opportunities
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
- Identify business development opportunities through regular visits to retailers, headquarters and stores.
- Proactively recommend initiatives to improve commercial performance.
Your Profile
You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience (Business School, University or equivalent) with a specialisation in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
You have successful experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Marketing or E-commerce, ideally within an international environment.
You also have:
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on achieving goals.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce and retail environments.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience within the consumer electronics or technology industry would be a strong advantage.
The role requires regular travel (approximately 25% of your time) to customer headquarters and retail stores.
