Are you at the beginning of your procurement career and ready for your next step?
We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager – Procurement to join our team in Oslo. This is a great opportunity for someone with some initial procurement experience, or a recent graduate who has gained hands-on experience through an internship or work placement.
You’ll join an international environment where you can learn, grow and gradually take on more responsibility.
What you’ll do
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll:
- Support sourcing and supplier selection activities
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs
- Support supplier negotiations and contracting activities
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Review supplier proposals and commercial offers
- Support procurement projects and sourcing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality and service
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your procurement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills along the way.
What we’re looking for
You could be a great fit if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain or a related commercial field
OR - A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, with practical experience from an internship or work placement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial curiosity and an interest in negotiation
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong Norwegian and English language skills
Experience with supplier management, negotiations, tendering or logistics is a plus, but you don’t need to tick every box.
