Deckers is a global corporation of thriving brands with over 5,000 employees around the world. Our culture is embodied in the shared mission, purpose, and values of our community-driven organization. Where we go next is entirely up to us.

Deckers Brands has been on a journey—one that started in 1973 in Santa Barbara, California, with a single step of a simple flip-flop. Since then, we’ve evolved through innovation and evolution, joined by other like-minded organizations—risk-taking, lifestyle brands that share our passion for surf, sand,
and adventure: UGG, HOKA, Teva, and AHNU.

🌍 Inclusion & Belonging

We embrace each of our unique experiences and identities, knowing that they help us foster connections, drive innovation and create one culture of belonging. We are committed to an inclusive workplace where each of us can come as we are.

Our employees and leaders foster a culture where people from all backgrounds and identities can thrive through the support of Employee Resource Groups, intentional conversations, ongoing learning and development opportunities and enhanced benefits to better support the communities we represent.
