We are looking for a Marketing Manager who takes ownership of impactful marketing initiatives, strengthens our sales enablement, and contributes to building a strong, differentiated market presence in a B2B MedTech environment. Your Opportunity: As a Marketing Manager at Ypsomed, you will take ownership of integrated marketing activities and play a key role in translating product and market insights into compelling messaging and content. You will work closely with Business Development, Product Categories, subject matter experts, and the Media Center to develop marketing initiatives that drive engagement, support customer decision-making, and contribute to business growth.

Your main tasks

Own, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear messaging from concept to implementation
Drive and coordinate the development of high-quality content such as case studies, presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials in collaboration with the Media Center
Strengthen sales enablement by developing impactful assets such as presentations, battle cards, and use case summaries that support customer engagement and conversion
Advance product marketing initiatives by developing engaging content formats while ensuring alignment with broader marketing activities
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Categories, subject matter experts, and the Media Center
Ensure timely and reliable delivery of marketing campaigns and content
Willingness to travel occasionally (typically 2–4 times per year)

Your profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign and product marketing, with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and content strategies
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, combining a hands-on approach with conceptual depth and creative thinking
Experience in MedTech or a technical industry is preferred
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
