Your responsibilities

Support our online shop (Shopify): product updates, content adjustments, keeping things clean and current
Help plan and execute email campaigns and newsletter sends (Klaviyo), including segmentation and performance analysis
Assist with Meta ad coordination – briefing support, copy drafts, basic performance tracking
Help organize brand events and cooperations – from planning to on-site support
Contribute to influencer and gifting coordination alongside our Social Media Manager
Create reports and analyses to evaluate what's working and where we can improve
Support general marketing activities – whatever needs to happen that week, you help make it happen

Your profile

Currently enrolled in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Media – or something that makes sense for the role)
Curious, hands-on, and comfortable with not having a fixed playbook every day
Analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented work approach who can manage multiple small tasks without losing the thread
Interest in digital marketing, but also in the tangible side – events, products, people
Strong German and English skills (we work in both daily)
An eye for detail and quality – you notice when something looks off or reads wrong
Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva. But willingness to learn matters more than a tool checklist.
