I am a professional with 17 years of experience and 8 years as an environmental, climate, ESG, sustainability, and sustainable finance leader. I have experience in several (+60) projects from the second-party opinion (SPO), Due Diligence, and alignment with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) with the major companies, banks, and asset managers in Brazil for a just and low-carbon economy.
Recognized in 2022 as Top Voice and Creator Sustainability by LinkedIn and Young Leader by the Anga Institute. In 2023, I was chosen by CEO Magazine as one of the top 20 global leaders in sustainability, by Exame magazine as Top Voice Sustainability, and by the US State Department to join the selection committee for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative Program 2024; Selected to integrate Forbes BLK, a networking initiative and global professional development for black leaders. In 2024, chosen by the Ethos Institute as one of 4 references on diversity.
Running for 5 years as president and founder of the Ambiafro, an NGO with 11 people from 5 states in Brazil, distributed in 6 sectors. I conduct Ambiafro to change the relationship with the environment/sustainability, making its content more accessible and plural, putting black people and their experiences at the center of the discussion.
Experience in climate engagement and corporate strategic communication; Net zero strategies, decarbonization, and alignment analysis to TCFD with the largest financial market institutions by the Climate Investors Initiative, which totals more than R$2.3 trillion assets under management. Responsible for the first monitoring report of the initiative. I led the project to elaborate on the transition from taxonomy to highway, one of the first taxonomies on the theme in Brazil and the world.
I am responsible for managing and developing Sicoob's National Sustainability Agenda. Sicoob is Brazil's largest credit cooperative, with 14 regionals and more than 300 local cooperatives totaling R$190.4 billion in assets, R$120 billion in credit operations, and almost 8 million members.
