I’ve scaled engineering organizations (300+ contributors), modernized enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, cloud-native), and led programs across high-compliance, high-availability domains like finance, supply chain, and retail. From building Walmart’s cloud “factory” with Microsoft to delivering market-wide rollouts across Europe at Hilti, my focus is on sustainable outcomes: scalable systems, aligned teams, and measurable business impact.
