As a Specialist in Business Improvement, you lead data analysis and process improvement, automation, and digitalization. You initiate, coordinate, and guide process improvements and innovations to optimize our operational excellence, customer experience, and efficiency.
You work in a dynamic team of 150 employees within CAM, the heart of the mid-office of Private Banking at Van Lanschot Kempen. This team combines KYC and CDD expertise and supports the commercial departments. The departments respond to developments inside and outside the bank and make significant strides in data analysis, process automation, Robotics, and AI.
You collaborate with colleagues from CAM, IT, commerce, and other departments such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Control. With your knowledge, you bring specialists together, operate at various levels, and inform the department, management, and other stakeholders to achieve.
Furthermore, you are engaged in:
- You implement workflow and process improvements.
- In addition to continuous improvements, you contribute to the department's change calendar and also guide larger (cross-departmental) process improvements and projects. You are responsible for concretizing, coordinating, and timely realizing the improvements.
- You provide structural data analysis solutions to enable the department to work data-driven. Because you have technical knowledge yourself, for example in the area of SQL and PowerBI, you can analyze data, making our department agile and self-managing.
- Your schedule is not fixed but is shaped by the opportunities you see and the needs of the departments and organization.
- You are proactive and continuously improve your (technical) skills, allowing you to independently implement changes and better assess opportunities and possibilities.
- Your position is highly visible within the organization; you are a point of contact for opportunities and challenges, and you motivate and encourage others to further develop ideas and come up with solutions themselves.
