You will be based in our Athens office, joining the Geographic Client Capability Network team.
The Athens Client Capabilities Team is part of the geographic knowledge group with analysts dedicated to covering the primary sectors of McKinsey’s client activities in Greece and Cyprus. The Client Capabilities Network is a global powerhouse, comprising over 8,000 knowledge professionals who collaborate closely with our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.

Your Impact
In this role,you will support our project teams by developing deep industry knowledge. Youwill leverage a variety of internal and external information sources tocollect, analyze, and interpret data and synthesize the findings in the form ofPowerPoint presentations, written memos, and Excel models. You will performmarket and financial analyses for a range of topics and industries to addressspecific client challenges.
You willcontribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge assets, drivinginnovation in Firm knowledge and delivery through special projects, both incollaboration with client teams and independently.

This is afull-time program that will last 12 months.
Your qualifications and skills
- Strong academic background in economics, business, or a related field (working experience will be considered an advantage)
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative business research and analysis
- Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with experience in data organization and report writing
- Familiarity with research methodologies and public data sources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple research projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
