Description
Establish and engage business customers by showcasing our technology and helping them discover how Apple and third-party products and solutions can enhance and support their businesses and enrich the lives of their customers and employees. Proactively provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating on relevant purchasing options. Serve as the go-to expert and mentor on business customer needs and solutions. Collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events by recommending unique offerings to fit customers’ business needs. Build long-term relationships with local business customers through proactive, informative engagement, exceptional service, and tailored recommendations. Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in the Customer Relationship Management app to support business intelligence. Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer service in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and having the curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
You should:
- Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and any approved accommodations.
- Have experience in retail, sales, or related work.
- Have experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.
