Main DescriptionAs a Scrum Master within Core Banking Applications, you make a difference by coaching your teams and contributing to their impact on the organization.
You are responsible for the application and execution of Agile values, principles, and methods within your teams. You also ensure that impediments blocking the progress of the teams are resolved. Together with the Agile Coach and other Scrum Masters, you ensure that the Core Banking Applications department functions optimally.
You ensure that team events have a clear purpose and result. Additionally, you take pleasure in leading the Agile way of working. Sharing your knowledge, skills, and best practices with colleagues ensures effective collaboration.

- You have a bachelor's degree at HBO or WO level
- Certified PSM I or willing to obtain this certification
- Pragmatic, assertive approach with the ability to drive change
- You are a good listener, clear communicator with the necessary organizational sensitivity, and excel in giving feedback
- You are a team player and want to help maximize the value of the team
- You are passionate about realizing growth and development of teams, work proactively, and based on Agile values and principles
- In this role, we expect you to be at our Den Bosch office at least 2 days a week.

The Core Banking Applications department is responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of the most essential applications within Van Lanschot Kempen's Private Clients services. You will work with two teams within our department.
Within the Matrix and Document Management team, we manage and maintain the CRM system, the Document Management system, and the Enterprise Information Management system where our files are managed.

- a gross monthly salary between € 3.500 and € 4.200, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- a flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (including a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra statutory leave days). You can use this to buy a bicycle, a monthly gym membership, or even save for a sabbatical! It is also possible to have the entire budget paid out at any time of the year;
- 1 month fully paid when you take a sabbatical of 3 months or longer;
- your commuting costs are reimbursed, including green options like walking and cycling to work;
- a home working allowance;
- a market-compliant pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age; generally, most people can expect a contribution of about 20%, with a 4% employee contribution;
- flexible working hours; you come to the office for team meetings or brainstorming sessions and work from home in mutual agreement;
- up to 2 months per year working from abroad. You have the option to extend your holidays by working remotely, in mutual agreement.
