Senior Executive Assistant Job ID: 98943 As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a Senior Partner and Global Leader, ensuring their time is optimized and their complex schedule is seamlessly managed. You will be based in Brussels as part of our BeNeLux office, which includes Amsterdam, Brussels, and Luxembourg, with approximately 1,000 consulting and non-consulting colleagues.

You will support Firm Leadership from our Brussels or Luxembourg office, reporting to the Executive Assistant Supervisor in Belgium. You will have opportunity to collaborate with clients, administrative contacts, and team members to ensure smooth workflows, timely actions, and successful outcomes to guarantee that all deadlines are met effectively.
You will coordinate travel logistics and as a second part of your role collaborate with other executive assistants to provide back-up coverage.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will take ownership of planning, organizing, and executing major projects. This includes coordinating client and internal meetings, conference calls, virtual sessions, events, and social engagements such as lunches and dinners.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Proactively managing complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership
- Handling communications, including responding to correspondence that does not require the direct attention of client service professionals
- Managing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while building strong relationships with client executive assistants
- Producing accurate, well-formatted documents and reports, often under tight deadlines
- Providing a range of administrative support, including travel arrangements, file organization, expense submissions, and accounting administration
- Supporting the planning and execution of major projects, conferences, and off-site meetings as needed
- Actively mentoring and coaching junior executive assistants, empowering them to develop their skills and confidence in managing responsibilities
- Role modeling best practices in communication, organization, and problem-solving to inspire and guide junior colleagues
