Let's Talk about the RoleAs the Collaborations & Special Projects Supervisor, you will own Kipling's global energy pipeline by overseeing brand collaborations, licensing initiatives, and special projects. A key focus of this role is managing our most significant special project "QVC" where you will be responsible for curating and developing the product offering to meet customer needs and drive commercial success.
This role is hands-on, with a strong focus on ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment and product relevance.
How You Will Make a DifferenceCollaborations and licensing initiativesPlanning & Partner Management- Develop and manage the global collaboration and licensing calendar.
- Scout, secure, and maintain relationships with external partners for collaborations and licensing.
- Lead contractual negotiations with partner, legal teams until contract signature
Project & Process execution- Manage the operational flow of collaboration projects from design brief to sample delivery
- Work closely with Design and Product Development to ensure product concept are aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely development and approvals
- Ensure smooth go-to-market (GTM) execution by aligning with cross-functional teams (Marketing, etc.).
Reporting- Manage financial reporting of royalties
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and track project performance
- Continuously evaluate launched products through market feedback and performance analysis
Special projects - QVCGlobal Ownership of QVC Product Offering & Development- Maintain seasonal QVC development calendars and track key milestones
- Collaborate with regional teams, esp EMEA, to gather insights and identify assortment needs
- Direct the Design and the Development team and coordinate with them to ensure timely and aligned product creation.
- Monitor the development of prototype samples with our internal design team and ensure alignment with QVC requirements
- Evaluate product performance post-launch using market feedback and sales data
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Design and Product Development to shape a commercially successful global collection.
- Work with Global Marketing to ensure a consistent brand story across all touchpoints, including marketing calendars and visual merchandising guidelines.

Peers: Merchandising team, Product Development team, Marketing team
Skills for Success- Degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience, in merchandising, product management or a related field - preferably in the fashion and accessory industry, a legal knowledge is a plus!
- Strong understanding of the Kipling brand, market dynamics and industry trends
- Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
