Job Description
We’re looking for a visionary Product Manager who can turn strategy into impact. In this role, you’ll shape and communicate a bold product vision, translate it into a clear roadmap, and inspire stakeholders and teams to deliver on it. You’ll lead discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring every step drives business value and elevates the customer experience. From setting OKRs to guiding sprint planning, you’ll be at the heart of driving alignment, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of continuous delivery.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position, however visa support for self-relocation would be considered.

Core Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, business strategy, and ERP transformation goals.
Lead product discovery and continuous improvement, working with teams to test, refine, and deliver solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes.
Translate strategy into execution, managing backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning to keep the team focused and delivering value.
Embed agile product practices, fostering collaboration between business and tech, and driving a culture of continuous delivery.
Establish and monitor OKRs, tracking performance against strategic objectives and adapting to market and organizational needs.
Manage stakeholder relationships globally, building trust across functions and regions (APAC/AMS/EU) while navigating complex corporate environments.
Act as a subject matter expert, bringing SAP ERP/S4HANA and business process expertise (SD/SCM/forecasting) to guide the team and inform product decisions.
Do you have what it takes.
SAP ERP/S4HANA expertise – ideally in Sales & Distribution (SD) and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Business process knowledge – from large corporates/manufacturing, understanding how IT and business intersect.
Product management experience – vision, roadmap, backlog, user stories, and product discovery.
ERP/digital transformation exposure – experience working on or alongside complex transformation programs.
Global stakeholder management – ability to influence senior leaders and navigate politics across regions.
Agile delivery skills – collaborating with engineers, designers, and business partners in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication & problem-solving – able to translate complexity into clarity and drive actionable outcomes.
