You & your role
Manage authorisations and optimise processes for Tribe DCI. You are the go-to person for complex issues and ensure DevOps squads can work safely and efficiently. You collaborate with stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into concrete improvements. As Authorization Management Specialist, you are the linchpin of the team and contribute to Rabobank’s tech transformation.
Your work ensures that people can only access the systems, data, and tools they need to do their job—hence, helping to prevent incidents (data breaches, data leaks and cyber-attacks), supports compliance, and protects sensitive information across the bank.
This is not a typical ASM role. You’ll also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to simplify processes and raise awareness around IAM.

Manage authorisations, user transfers and terminations, and ensure correct setup and maintenance of roles.
Organise stakeholder meetings and act as single point of contact for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Monitor maturity and control status via dashboards and data insights, ensuring compliance and security.
Additionally, you are an expert in complex authorisation issues and advise on future challenges within your Tribe, such as Cloud solutions.

You & your talent
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Security or Business Information Management.
1–3 years of experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Experience with IAM tooling and governance.
Familiarity with IAM tooling and governance
Understanding of IT Security Fundamentals
Experience within a large-scale or DevOps-oriented financial organization Striving for results
