Key Account Manager to join our team based in Germany.

Let's Talk about the Role:Drive profitable sales growth by managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and acting as the main contact for the Sport2000 buying group and the Mainhausen showroom.
Here's how you'll make an Difference: Strategic Account Development
- Develop and present personalized seasonal account plans aligned with our distribution segmentation strategy.
- Leverage market trends, sales data and company goals to maximize profitable growth opportunities.
- Build strong partnership with key accounts, regional and specialty accounts across all channels (Outdoor, Sporting Goods and Lifestyle)
Sales & Business Performance
- Plan and lead quarterly business review meetings with customers, including term planning, product assortment strategy, and line presentations.
- Analyse sales, sell-out, and item-level performance to anticipate trends, maximize opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Understanding consumer behaviors to develop consumer-centric opportunities tailored to each point of sale.
Skills for Success:- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in sporting goods, fashion, or action sports.
- Deep industry knowledge and preferably experience with INTERSPORT / Sport 2000.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven ability to influence within a complex matrix organization and to work strategically while managing operational details.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Organized and results-driven, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Passionate for the outdoors and sports.
- Technical understanding of materials, product and innovation.
