Are you an active student in Denmark, Copenhagen who loves all things people, learning, data, and digital tools—and wants to use those skills to support a more sustainable world?
Join Preferred by Nature, an international non-profit working to improve land management and climate‑friendly business practices globally. As our HR Intern (Learning & Insights), you’ll help us build a more engaging, learning‑driven organisation—while developing your own HR toolkit along the way.
What you’ll be doing
1. Bring learning initiatives to life
• Coordinate development programmes
• Support communication and workshop logistics
• Refresh learning materials using digital tools
• Collect and analyse feedback of Staff Development Talks (SDTs), identifying key themes, development needs, and trends across teams
2. Turn people insights into action
• Support engagement survey and pulse check analysis
• Identify trends and visualise insights
• Contribute to reporting on Staff Development Talks
3. Work with HR data & digital tools
• Update HR dashboards and data
• Create visual insights using Excel/SharePoint/Power BI
• Explore AI and automation to enhance HR processes
4. Communicate & collaborate globally
• Create updates, slides, and internal content
• Work with colleagues across regions
5. Be part of innovation & improvement
• Suggest new tools and processes
• Support projects that enhance employee experience

Education & Background
Skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of other language is big asset *Italian, Spanish
