Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced
Sales Manager to lead PalmPay’s sales, business development, and product operations in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in
NBFC and digital banking product operations, with a strong ability to scale B2C and B2B sales channels. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
NBFC, fintech, or the mobile phone industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution- Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with PalmPay’s growth goals in Bangladesh.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team covering both B2C and B2B channels.
Business Development & Market Expansion- Drive agent acquisition and merchant partnerships to accelerate adoption of PalmPay products.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
Campaigns & Performance Management- Launch targeted sales and lifecycle campaigns to engage customers across key journey stages.
- Track performance using data-driven dashboards, forecasting tools, and ROI tracking mechanisms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Translate user and market insights into actionable product or channel improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting- Report on key performance metrics, strategic achievements, and challenges to leadership.
- Represent PalmPay in strategic negotiations and partnerships with NBFCs, mobile phone operators, and financial institutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or product operations within Fintech, NBFC, Mobile Phone Industry, or Digital Banking.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling NBFC or digital banking products.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact sales teams and exceed revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of Bangladesh’s digital payments and financial ecosystem.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Bangla and English.
