You and Your Job
As a successful Wholesale Business Support Assistant you will provide centralized support to North America Wholesale Banking staff as well as providing exceptional one on one administrative support for the region’s Wholesale Banking Management Team, and select other senior staff who have global/regional roles and travel extensively. This role is critical to facilitating an efficient and consistent processing of travel expenses, invoices, sponsorships, and vendor management and will improve business productivity so our bankers can focus on serving our clients.
The Wholesale Business Support Assistant will also provide valuable support to the business analytics team in preparation of meeting materials and helping to set agendas, as well as coordinating offsites with the events team, assisting with Wholesale sponsored events, and assisting deal teams with pitch books and other business specific requests.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the New York based Wholesale Banking Management Team and other select senior leaders
Track expenses and process reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner as well as manage travel booking for leadership that travels significantly
Coordinate vendor invoice payment, vendor on-boarding, and sponsorships for the Wholesale Banking domain
Support client and internal events, including coordinating catering, logistics, and meeting materials, and Wholesale Banking team events
Support the Business Analytics team in special projects leveraging excel and powerpoint and assist deal teams with pitch book preparation as well as other business specific requests
Assist with onboarding & integration of new team members and offboarding of staff as well as support Wholesale programs such as the Summer Internships & the Analyst Program
Responsible for monitoring adherence the Wholesale Banking domain’s adherence to mandatory training, in-office attendance, expense policy violations, and other requirements
Oversee general office support tasks for the New York Wholesale Banking staff, such as ordering supplies, arranging meals, and coordinating with building services and troubleshooting IT and Facilities issues as needed

To be considered for the Executive Business Support Assistant role, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within financial services or another fast-paced, global organization
Working hours of 8am – 5pm and ability to work onsite at the New York office a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday) and be available to be onsite on Friday as needed
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Solutions-oriented mindset, with a track record of handling unexpected issues calmly and effectively
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Advanced in Microsoft Office tools

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
