You and Your Job
As a Senior Loan Review Officer you will be successful in performing comprehensive assessments of client and portfolio credit quality, credit processes, risk concentrations, and risk management practices.
Loan Review conducts independent credit risk reviews and furnishes management with analysis, advice and recommendations. As part of this, Loan Review evaluates whether the Line of Business comply with key internal policies, standards and procedures, and whether legislative or regulatory requirements are appropriately addressed as applicable.
Job Responsibilities
Possess strong understanding of complex commercial credit risk management analysis concepts and critical thinking skills. Understanding of various agricultural sectors and loan products is required.
Perform individual credit analysis of portfolios to evaluate the integrity and consistency of the risk grading process, effectiveness of the credit management process, including credit risk monitoring, loan structures, collateral valuations, financial statements, tax returns, cash flow trends and adequacy, lending ratios, and the consistency of compliance with credit risk management policies and procedures, including risk rating methodology and underwriting standards.
Independently lead review engagements including opening meetings, fieldwork inquiries, second work paper reviews, soft close meetings and draft review report.
Drive stakeholder agreement and adequacy of support for final recommendations.
Provide prompt feedback to the Loan Review Manager on the results of scheduled credit review activities and of monitoring.

To be considered for the Senior Loan Review Officer role, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field or possessing other relevant skill sets as deemed necessary to ensure success.
7+ years of complex commercial credit underwriting experience required, 10+ years preferred.
Ability to successfully own the credit review process from start to finish with deadlines.
Reliably organizes work; works effectively & efficiently, prioritizes work, and anticipates business need.
Capable of successfully working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Thrive in a collaborative positive working environment.
Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $98,700.00 - $135,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
