About The Role
This role sits at the intersection of culture and conversion.
You’ll help shape campaign narratives, city rollouts, vendor partnerships, and seasonal marketing strategies that directly impact daily orders, user growth, and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Develop campaign concepts from insight to execution.
- Own content strategy end-to-end for campaigns and marketing-related initiatives.
- Translate business objectives (growth, order frequency, vendor & rider performance) into marketing strategy.
- Work closely with performance marketing on channel strategy.
- Build go-to-market plans for major campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future direction.
- Identify cultural moments we can own.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in marketing strategy and brand strategy.
- Strong storytelling ability geared towards improving business outcomes.
- You are comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian & African consumer behavior.
- Experience working in high-growth environments.
