WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs
Lead, Marketing Sport - Jordan EMEA, you will play a leading role in the conception, development, and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives that strengthen the Jordan Brand, drive commercial impact, and build deep consumer connection across EMEA.
You will focus on Jordan sport and performance product journeys, experiences, and storytelling - particularly within Basketball and Football, while also supporting growth across Golf and Training. Your work will span brand‑building and business‑driving initiatives, ensuring relevance at both regional and local market levels.
You will contribute to the development of insights and brand strategy, leading cross‑functional teams to bring plans to life. Clear, effective communication will be key to driving day‑to‑day workflows, project management, and campaign execution from concept through delivery.
As a steward of the Jordan Brand, you will be accountable for select decision‑making, acting as the point person for specific initiatives - aligning upstream on strategy and managing downstream to ensure execution with impact.
You are comfortable using both art and science to inform decision‑making and thrive in a role that requires agility, progress over perfection, and a focus on modernizing brand strategy to serve diverse consumers across EMEA.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou will work closely with Jordan Brand and Jordan Business teams to align seasonal brand and marketing priorities across EMEA. Key partners include Product, Marketplace, and Brand Marketing.
Within Brand Marketing, you will collaborate with Global, Geo, and City teams, as well as colleagues across Digital, Membership, Marketplace, Communications, Sports and Entertainment Marketing - fostering strong relationships that enable integration and scale.
WHAT YOU BRING- Strong experience in brand marketing.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, retail integration and strategic planning.
- A strong background in marketing strategy, planning, execution, and idea generation
- Proven digital capability, with experience delivering data‑informed, cross‑channel marketing campaigns within sport, performance, fashion, youth culture, entertainment, and/or technology
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence, align, and motivate cross‑functional partners
- A genuine understanding of why the Jordan Brand matters, with the ability to articulate its relevance clearly and compellingly to marketers, creatives, merchandisers, data scientists, and marketplace partners
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading - as well as being part of - change
- Ability to meet travel requirements for the role
- Fluency in English
