Core Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Due Diligence & Compliance, you will guide the adoption of ESG regulatory requirements across Procurement and our supply base. You will function as the primary resource for ESG regulatory alignment within Procurement, interpreting regulatory requirements into clear processes, controls, and supplier expectations. Main responsibilities will be:
Regulatory Implementation & Compliance Assurance
Track and analyze new ESG regulations and evaluate their effects on procurement and the supply base
Translate legal requirements into effective programs and guarantee timely, consistent application within procurement and supply base
Monitor implementation progress and guarantee timely resolution of compliance gaps
Implementation of Due Diligence Programs
Embed due diligence controls across the sourcing lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, risk assessment, contracting, monitoring, and corrective action

You will join the newly formed Sustainable Sourcing team, a global unit within Global Procurement Operations at the LEGO Group. We play a critical role in advancing the LEGO Group’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda by driving the sustainability performance of the company’s supplier base.
We are a dynamic and dedicated team organized around the three pillars of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance. We collaborate closely with various functions within the LEGO Group, such as Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Corporate Sustainability, Responsible Operations, Legal, Government Affairs, and others.
We link overall business strategy and needs with global product categories and regional procurement groups to achieve efficient sourcing results.
