Build creatives that perform
As our Performance Creative Designer, you’ll take ownership of creative output with a strong focus on performance impact.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Creating high-performing video, motion and static content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Editing video content with a strong focus on hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention.
Collaborating closely with Paid Media and Creative Strategy team to test, learn, and scale winning creatives.
Ensuring all assets are optimized for platform requirements, mobile-first environments, and native behaviours.
Leveraging GenAI tools (e.g. Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation, production, and creative workflows.
Proactively bringing new ideas, formats, and trends to the table to push creative performance forward.

In our Amsterdam office, you’ll join a team of specialists across Paid Search, SEO, Content, and Paid Social, creating a strong knowledge-sharing environment where you learn from experts every day. Located in the city center, the office offers easy access to public transport and great spots for coffee and lunch. Alongside contributing to local growth, you’ll be part of a global Studio team of 25+ creatives, collaborating daily with international colleagues on both local and global brands, and connecting annually to share successes and shape the future of our creative work.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for enthusiastic creative designers with a flair for video editing who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us.
You likely recognise yourself in the following:
3–5 years of experience in a performance creative, digital agency, or high-volume D2C environment.
Proven experience creating video creatives that drive measurable results.
Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar) with a clear sense of storytelling and retention.
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and workflows (e.g. Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
Ability to rapidly produce and iterate creative variations at scale.
Understanding of platform-native formats, trends, and user behaviour across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creatives across varied formats (video, motion, static, UGC).
