MMD is looking for a talented and proactive Graphic Designer to join our monitors and IT accessories business.

Scope
As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of the European Marketing Team, working closely with country sales organizations and cross-functional stakeholders. You will take ownership of design projects, developing impactful marketing and sales assets—including video content- for our monitors and IT accessories across Europe.
You will also play a key role in managing external agencies and ensuring all visual output aligns with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of assigned design projects from concept to final delivery
Develop and adapt high-quality visual assets based on existing strategies and materials
Create a wide range of marketing content including banners, advertisements, videos, and digital assets across multiple channels
Support communication plans with strong, visually engaging content
Act as a key point of contact for design-related topics within the European team
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Confidently present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Manage and coordinate external creative agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery
Ensure all materials strictly follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards
Continuously review and improve design processes, tools, and outputs
Contribute to new visual concepts and actively support brand evolution

Country-specific campaigns and promotions
New product launch materials (banners, roll-ups, videos)
Event and trade show materials (booths, giveaways, displays)
Stakeholder Management
Internal: Sales teams across Europe, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Global Marketing
External: Creative agencies, PR & advertising agencies, translation partners, customers (e.g. e-tailers)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
Proven experience managing external agencies
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
Confident communicator, able to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders
A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with distributors/resellers
Experience with events and booth design (e.g. trade shows)
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus
