Overview of the Role:
As an Account Executive, Commercial Accounts (Media Industry), you will be part of our EMEA Sales team. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, helping customers realize the full value of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. As a trusted partner, you won't just sell AI-powered solutions — you'll work alongside Agentforce to help customers transform how they engage with their customers, from first conversation to closed deal.

Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned with customer business objectives
Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging the right resources — including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners — to close complex deals
Build and grow a pipeline through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting across the French commercial market
Drive growth within assigned territory by sharing the Salesforce value proposition with existing customers and new prospects
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of value-based or consultative selling of complex technology solutions
Experience selling at VP and C-suite level, including greenfield and new account acquisition
Strong understanding of customer business requirements across multiple industries
Fluency in English and French
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within an extended or matrixed sales team
Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling business cases

Responsabilités :
Développer et piloter la stratégie globale à long terme pour les comptes assignés, en alignement avec les objectifs business des clients
Piloter le processus de vente de bout en bout en mobilisant les bonnes ressources — notamment les Ingénieurs Commerciaux, les Services Professionnels et les Partenaires — pour conclure des deals complexes
Construire et développer un pipeline à travers des leads entrants et de la prospection sur le marché commercial français
Accélérer la croissance sur le territoire assigné en présentant la proposition de valeur Salesforce aux clients existants et aux nouveaux prospects
Qualifications requises :
Bilan éprouvé dans la vente consultative ou basée sur la valeur de solutions technologiques complexes
Expérience de la vente au niveau VP et CxO, incluant des comptes greenfield et l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes
Bonne compréhension des enjeux business clients dans plusieurs secteurs d'activité
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
Qualifications souhaitées :
Expérience au sein d'une équipe commerciale étendue ou matricielle
Historique de dépassement régulier des objectifs commerciaux
Solides compétences à l'écrit et à l'oral, avec la capacité à construire des argumentaires business convaincants
