Nous recherchons un Account Executive pour piloter le développement de notre présence auprès des municipalités, conseils départementaux et régionaux, et établissements publics locaux en France, en bâtissant des relations stratégiques durables avec les décideurs clés.
Responsibilities:
Piloter des cycles de vente complets, de la qualification à la signature, en démontrant la valeur de la plateforme Salesforce auprès des organisations publiques locales.
Développer et exécuter des plans stratégiques pour conquérir de nouveaux marchés et renforcer l'adoption chez les clients existants.
Gérer et suivre les opportunités commerciales avec précision dans Salesforce.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, avant-vente et partenaires pour garantir la réussite des clients.
Required Qualifications:
Expérience avérée dans la vente de solutions complexes (logiciels, SaaS) en cycle long, idéalement auprès du Secteur Public.
Capacité à identifier, qualifier et gérer des opportunités à forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement multi-interlocuteurs.
Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer et à interagir avec des décideurs de haut niveau de manière claire et percutante.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Preferred Qualifications:
Connaissance des processus d'achat et des enjeux stratégiques des Collectivités Territoriales en France.
Maîtrise d'une méthodologie de vente structurée (ex : MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
Expérience dans la construction de business cases et d'alliances stratégiques avec des partenaires.
