WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHAs part of the Retail Brand team for Germany & Nordics, this role sits within the Integrated Retail team and reports to the Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand Germany & Nordics. You'll partner closely with Territory VM&S and EKIN teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct, Sales, and EMEA Retail Brand, Experience, Creative, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful retail experiences.

You will:- Develop and execute seasonal retail brand briefs and campaigns
- Lead retail programming and activations across Nike Direct and partner stores
- Drive window and in‑store zone strategies that elevate brand distinction
- Manage multi‑brand retail campaigns with key marketplace partners
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure flawless execution end‑to‑end
- Track seasonal budgets and partner with Account Marketing on spend
