This role is at Manager Specialist levelplaced in our amazing LEGO Campus in Billund, Denmark. Please note thatwe do not offer relocation support.
You will join our Total Reward Experience team, a team of 15 energized and dedicated colleagues at one of the world’s leading creative companies to build a fair, transparent and data‑driven reward experience. As an Associate Reward Partner,you’llbe the wing‑person to one of our five Reward Partners and collaborate across our People organization and with leaders in the business.
You’llbe responsible forourday-to-day management of ourglobal job architecture and play an instrumental part in ensuring the foundation forequitablereward decisionsatscale.Yourtaskswill include:
Play your part contributing to our annual reward cycles end‑to‑end (merit, bonus, performance inputs, country benchmarking etc.) in line with our reward philosophy and principles.
Contribute to ad‑hoc projects (policy refreshes, governance, systems enhancements, data standards) that strengthen our total reward ecosystem.
